Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 24 - Jan. 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Dec. 24
Robert E. Nichols, 38, of Waterville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waldo Station Road in Waldo.
Dec. 28
Aaron Daggett, 43, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release at Waldo County Jail in Belfast.
Dec. 30
Nacoma Noomyeoune, 25, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Sherer Road in Stockton Springs.
Jan. 4
Joshua Ginn, 25, of Winterport, was issued summonses for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Boston Road in Winterport.
Tommy-Alan Hewins, 38, of Burnham, was arrested for criminal trespass, domestic violence terrorizing, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Brooklyn Road in Burnham.
Jan. 5
Vernal Hood, 38, of Montville, was issued summonses for failure to report a crash and falsifying physical evidence on Route 3 in Belmont.
Randi Nickerson, 39, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft on Route 141 in Swanville.
