BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 23 - May 6.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

April 23

Travis J. Keene, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to report an accident by quickest means on Shepherd Road. 

April 26

Tyler Cherry, 22, of Swanville, was arrested for tampering with a witness on Front Street. 

April 27

Shannon L. Small, 43, of Searsport, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Derrick Roberts, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

April 30

Arnold L. Craney, 52, of Portland, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear. 

May 2

Michael A. Clark, 65, of Appleton, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waldo Ave. 

Danielle Rattesree, 38, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Back Belmont Road in Belfast. 

May 3

Mandy Mosher, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Mason Pond Road.
