Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported issuing two traffic citations between May 19-30. Of the two traffic citations, one was issued for imprudent speed, and one for failure to provide proof of insurance. In addition to the two traffic infractions, the WSO reported the following activity.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Hailee A. Blanchard, 21, of Waterville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
May 21
Jillian Falcetano, 42, of Union, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license in violation of a condition or restriction on Back Belmont Road in Belmont.
May 24
Henry Hartley, 46, of Jackson, was issued a summons for making a threatening display of a weapon on Hadley Mill Road in Jackson.
May 25
Carroll I. Kinghorn, 77, of Milbridge, was issued summonses for failure to stop for a police officer and an inspection sticker violation on Mortland Road in Searsport.
May 26
Someone cited for imprudent speed.
Alexander Bower, 29, of Milo, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.
May 28
Tyler R. Ginn, 25, of Winterport, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and towing an unregistered trailer on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
May 29
Kenneth Brewer-Frazee, 22, of Freeport, was arrested for operating under the influence, failure to stop for a law enforcement officer, criminal speed, and driving to endanger on Water Street in Winterport.
May 30
Mark Allen, 47, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Main Street in Winterport.
