Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Jan. 5-13.
Rebecca Phifer, 26, of Union, criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 11, 2024, dismissed.
Hoyt G. Emery, 28, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Montville April 2, 2024, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Michael P. Tournas, 67, of Burnham, operating under the influence in Burnham June 6, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Burnham June 6, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Seamus L. Kiernan, 45, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 7, 2024, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating without a license in Belfast Dec. 7, 2024, dismissed.
Matthew C. Robinson, 45, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 26, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.
John F. Sittnick, 68, of Brewer, domestic violence assault in Winterport March 29, six months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation; violating a condition of release in Winterport Aug. 9, dismissed.
Aiden Thompson, 19, of Hermon, aggravated driving to endanger Jackson March 23, $575 fine; operating under the influence in Jackson March 23, $500 fine.
Justin Landers, 23, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Unity Oct. 20, 2024, 12 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.
Olivia P. Stratton, 65, of Prospect, passing a stopped school bus in Prospect June 5, dismissed.
Thomas Massey, 42, of Rockland, unlawful sexual touching in Belfast Aug. 15, dismissed; criminal restraint in Belfast Aug. 15, dismissed; furnishing liquor to a minor in Belfast Aug. 15, dismissed.
Morrison B. Fetzer, 71, of Alameda, California, fishing without a valid license in Searsmont Aug. 10, $100 fine.
Hilary H. Grover, 58, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport Sept. 9, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.
Victoria Burns, 48, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill Aug. 7, $250 fine.
Donald Knowlton, 34, of Belmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belmont Oct. 3, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.
Shawn Chilles, 32, of Northport, violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 15, 48 hours in jail; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Oct. 15, 48 hours in jail.
James W. Salo, 19, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 22, $400 fine; minor consuming liquor in Belfast Aug. 22, dismissed.
Daniel Estersohn, 77, of Columbia, Maryland, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Sept. 28, $200 fine.
