People seem to think the Facebook and Instagram stories feature is an afterthought...or not all that useful.

In fact, Facebook Stories generally see higher engagement and reach than traditional feed posts because they are high-visibility (at the top of the screen) whereas traditional posts have to compete with the algorithim. They also have a high interaction rate.

This is where your book promotion comes in.

In Instagram for example, upload an image or video of the cover of your book with a bit of intriguing text. (Instructions if you need it below). Tap on the Stickers feature (the second icon from the top right).

Clink on the Link icon and add the URL where to buy your book.

Continue to use your Stories in your book promotion each week and use our free social media prompt resource for more inspiration.
