Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST —The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 5-11.
Dakota A. Moody, 24, of Frankfort, criminal threatening in Winterport Dec. 26, 2022, $500 fine; threatening display of a weapon in Winterport Dec. 26, 2022, $500 fine; aggravated cruelty to animals in Frankfort Nov. 14, 2023, dismissed.
Matthew McIver, 38, of Monroe, probation violation in Monroe Feb. 17, 2023, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and continued; unlawful possession of cocaine base in Searsport Nov. 26, one year in prison and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Searsport Nov. 26, one year in prison and $400 fine.
Anthony A. Foster, 38, of Brooks, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Brooks June 26, 2024, dismissed; failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Brooks Jan. 13, dismissed.
Raymond Brown, 22, of Belfast, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Belfast Oct. 12, 2024, $250 fine.
Lacey V. Lawrence, 31, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Dec. 9, five years in prison with all but eight months suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.
Daniel S. Cunningham, 41, of Frankfort, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Frankfort Oct. 4, 18 months in prison with all suspended and one year six months of probation.
Angie P. Mestre Cubillos, 25, of Queens, New York, organized retail theft in Belfast Feb. 25, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 25, dismissed.
Kimberly Lanpher, 28, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 12, dismissed.
Phyllip Stevens, 34, of Prospect, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 7, 24 hours in jail.
