Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported two traffic infractions May 7 - 25. Of the two citations, one was for speeding, and the other for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the two traffic citations, the following activity was also reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
May 7
William C. Whitcomb, 39, of Monroe, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave.
May 15
Sidney Harris, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave.
May 16
Dana C. Higgins, 19, of Morrill, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.
Tony H. Bates, 43, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.
May 21
Joshua R. Miller, 49, of Belfast, was issued a summons for having a dog at large on Birch Street.
Hart Putnam, 22, of Brooks, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug on Pitcher Road.
May 23
Christopher Daley, 37, of Searsmont, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive.
