Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 24 - May 17.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

    April 24

    Tayler Turner, 18, of Montville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    April 27

    Phillip McFadden, 28, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating after habitual offender revocation, violating a condition of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Poors Mill Road, stemming from an incident April 8. 

    May 4

    Donovan Canary, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Piper Stream Road. 

    May 6

    Brittany T. Saucier, 21, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. Saucier was also issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave. 

    May 7

    Herbert Staples, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Swan Lake Ave. 

    May 8

    Andrew S. Campbell Jr., 21, of Union, was issued a summons for attachment of false plates on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Meldon Bates, 56, of Belfast, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Church Street. 

    Erin L. Pawliczek, 27, of Montville, was issued a summons for assault on an emergency medical care provider on Northport Ave. 

    May 9

    Jacob T. Graffam-Connors, 37, of Limestone, was arrested for operating under the influence, trafficking of schedule W drugs, and possession of schedule Z drugs on City Point Road. 

    Donovan Conary, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug. Conary was also issued a summons for refusal to sign a uniform summons or complaint.

    May 11

    Danny L. Soucy, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on High Street.

    May 12

    Zachary A. Joseph, 29, was arrested for violating a condition of release. 

    Riley S. Pomeroy, 27, of Rockland, was issued a summons for terrorizing on Rolerson Road.

    May 12

    Meldon Bates, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on High Street. Bates was arrested for violating a condition of release on High Street May 13. 

    May 16

    Keith E. Chase, 63, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for failure to appear and issued a summons for violating a condition of release on High Street.
