BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 14-22.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 14

Christopher R. Peppers, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave. 

Oct. 22

Richie Day, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street. 

Robert Debeck, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for 13 counts of animal cruelty on Achorn Road. 

Krysta Sweetland, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for 13 counts of animal cruelty on Achorn Road.
