Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in the state court in Knox County from May 13-18.
Joseph E. Bridges, 27, of Northport, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Jan. 1, 2026, $500 fine with all of the fine suspended.
Morgan Campbell Jr., 47, of Hope, probation violation on a prior conviction of assault on an officer, three counts, 15 months prison, probation partially revoked.
Noah Curtis, 21, of Hope, criminal threatening and criminal mischief in Warren Feb. 11, 2024, guilty on both counts.
Nicholas Demarchi, 24, of Farmington, dissemination of sexually explicit material in Rockland July 18, 2019, three years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation three years.
Samuel J. Elwell, 28, of Rockland, violating protective order in Rockland May 7, 2025, $250 fine with all of the fine suspended; violating condition of release in Rockland May 27, 2025, $500 fine with all of the fine suspended; operating after habitual offender revocation, with one prior, in South Thomaston March 8, 2026, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property in South Thomaston March 8, 2026, six months in jail, restitution of $1341.78; failing to make oral or written accident report and violating condition of release both in South Thomaston March 8, 2026, six months in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in South Thomaston March 8, 2026, $1,000 fine.
George E. Gilmore, 40, of Rockland, probation violation on original conviction of elevated aggravated assault in Rockland Dec. 6, 2017, four years in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; burglary, four counts, all in Rockland April 13, 2026, four years in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland April 13, 2026, three years in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, in Rockland April 13, 2026, six months in jail.
Daryl D. Green, Sr, 57, of Warren, aggravated assault in Owls Head June 16, 2025, eight years in jail with all but four years suspended, probation three years; burglary in Owls Head June 16, 2025, four years in jail; aggravated criminal trespass in Owls Head June 16, 2025, three years in jail; six months in jail; criminal use of an electronic weapon and unlawful sexual touching in Owls Head June 16, 2025, six months in jail.
Kelly G. Harford, 40, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden May 24, 2025, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Matthew D. Jacobs, 46, of Tenants Harbor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 28, 2026, $250 fine, restitution of $84.94; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five counts, all in Rockland Feb. 5, 2026, Feb. 9, 2026, Feb. 14, 2026, Feb.18, 2026, and March 2, 2026, $250 fine with the fine all suspended.
Maria Lee, 44, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (drugs or combination) and endangering the welfare of a child both in Thomaston March 29, 2024, both dismissed.
Charlene A. Mansfield, 68, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Dec. 1, 2025, $100 fine, restitution of $17.62.
Kayla Naum, 26, of Camden, violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 18, 2025, $500 fine.
Jordan Roland Paradise, 30, of New Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland June 8, 2025, $600 fine license suspended 150 days.
Brittany Peirce, 35, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland on Aug. 10, 2025, $250 fine, restitution of $173.34; violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 10, 2025, $250 fine with all of the fine suspended; violating condition of release in Bangor July 25, 2025, $250 fine, restitution of $173.34; attaching false plates in Warren July 25, 2025, $250 fine with all of the fine suspended.
Ronald Philbrook, 68, of Warren, assault in Warren Jan. 5, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Warren Jan. 5, 2025, $250 fine; protective order from harassment violation and violating condition of release both in Warren May 20, 2025, $250 fine for each charge; disturbing political signs in Warren Oct. 22, 2024, $100 fine, restitution of $100.
Seth E. Simmons, 42, of Friendship, violation of lobster crab fishing rule, Chapter 25, in Friendship March 11, 2026, $500 fine.
Waylon Hawk M. Milliard, 36, of Thomaston, violating condition of release in Camden May 17, 2026, 24 hours in jail.
Reagan L. Warren, 46, of Vinalhaven, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, on Vinalhaven Feb. 19, 2026, $250 fine.
Travis Wilson, 38, of South Thomaston, robbery in South Thomaston Sept. 30, 2025, dismissed; assault, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation; theft, dismissed.
