BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 13-19.

Ryan Rolerson, 37, of Liberty, illegal possession of a firearm in Liberty Nov. 13, 2024, seven years in prison with all but four months suspended, three years of probation, and 100 hours of community service; reckless conduct in Liberty Nov. 13, 2024, four months in jail; violating a condition of release in Liberty Nov. 13, 2024, dismissed; shooting from a motor vehicle in Liberty Nov. 13, 2024, four months in jail.

Rowan Locke, 19, of Brooks, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Belfast March 29, 2025, 45 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 29, 2025, 45 days in jail; operating under the influence in Belfast March 29, 2025, 45 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $600 fine; assault in Belfast March 29, 2025, 45 days in jail and $300 fine; two counts of violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 2, 45 days in jail for each count.

Christopher Babb, 28, of Queens, New York, criminal forfeiture July 17, forfeiture upheld. 

Michael A. Young, 41, of Brewer, endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast Dec. 4, dismissed.

Paul Elwell, 36, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Dec. 12, 36 hours in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Feb. 8, 36 hours in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville Feb. 8, 36 hours in jail. 

Meagan A. Bean, 42, of Thorndike, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Thorndike Oct. 29, 2024, dismissed; criminal conspiracy in Thorndike Aug. 15, 2024, dismissed.

Tyler Elsworth, 27, of Swanville, illegal possession of a firearm in Searsport March 16, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport March 16, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville April 11, dismissed. 

Ben E. Monroe, 22, of Whitefield, violation of snowmobile noise level in Liberty Feb. 21, $200 fine.
