BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 11-17.

Christopher M. Herrick, 44, of Belfast, unlawful possession of cocaine base in Belfast May 13, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 26, 2023, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Feb. 26, 2023, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast March 23, 2025, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 23, 2025, dismissed. 

Enoch N. Nelson, 34, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Searsport Dec. 29, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport Dec. 29, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport Dec. 29, 2024, $1,000 fine.

Danellen Langston, 45, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Brooks Oct. 7, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine.

Joshua Ellison, 34, of Swanville, violating a condition of release in Swanville March 28, 48 hours in jail.
