Experience sacred circle dancing on Saturday, April 4, from 4 - 5:30 p.m., at the First Universalist Church in Rockland, 345 Broadway.

The group will learn some easy dances during the first hour and then share experiences over soup that will be provided.

Sacred Circle Dance fosters unity, mindfulness and personal transformation through simple repetitive steps, requiring no experience or partners, according to a Church news release. Dances combine traditional folk dances from various cultures with new choreography.
