BELFAST — A Waldo County grand jury handed up the following indictments March 19.
Jonathan E. Ward, 48, of Brooks, two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Nov. 3, and Oct. 20.
Jason Trundy, 43, of Winterport, aggravated criminal mischief in Winterport Nov. 24; assault in Winterport Nov. 24; criminal mischief in Winterport Nov. 24.
Michael J. Goulart, 43, of Belfast, aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Jan. 23; two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Waldo County Jan. 23.
James D. Francis, 40, of Stockton Springs, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 13, and July 15.
Matthew Miete, 45, of Whitefield, violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 16; violating a protective order in Belfast Jan. 16.
Joshua W. Gross, 51, of Morrill, two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Aug. 18.
Philip J. Dulude, 57, of Swanville, criminal operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 26; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 26.
Joseph Burdette, 44, of Hope, operating after revocation in Liberty Feb. 1; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Liberty Feb. 1; violating a condition of release in Liberty Feb. 1.

August H. Viehweger II, 35, of Frankfort, four counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 8.
Nelkis A. Villalona-Perez, 23, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, three counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Feb. 17, March 9, and March 10; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County March 10; three counts of criminal forfeiture of two firearms recovered, in Waldo County March 10, and $4,390 in suspected proceeds.
