Camden Harbor Launch Drivers

Lyman Morse is hiring seasonal Launch Drivers for the Camden waterfront. This role is ideal for experienced boat handlers who enjoy working on the water and interacting with the public. Applicants must possess exemplary boat handling skills and, at the minimum, a current USCG Launch Operator’s License. Launch drivers are required to pass a drug test and participate in a random drug testing program throughout the season. Successful applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills when working with the public and demonstrate proper VHF radio etiquette. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, commit to the season in its entirety, work effectively in a team environment and, when necessary, assist in other facets of dock operations.
