Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 11-17.
Stephen P. Cummings Jr., probation violation in Waldo County Aug. 31, 2022, 12 months in prison and probation partially revoked; terrorizing in Belfast Feb. 6, 30 days in jail.
Mandy M. Mosher, 37, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Feb. 7, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 7, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast Feb. 7, dismissed.
Julio C. Herandez Rodriguez, 29, of Boston, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Liberty March 15, 2022, dismissed; illegal importation of scheduled drugs in Liberty March 15, 2022, three years in prison and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Liberty March 15, 2022, three years in prison and $400 fine.
Dustin Hubbard, 33, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Feb. 10, 2024, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; probation violation in Brooks May 8, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Alyssa M. Heroux, 37, of Searsport, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 15, and July 22, both dismissed.
Kyle W. Greenleaf, 29, of Lincolnville, shooting from a motor vehicle in Frankfort Nov. 15, $200 fine; failing to display ATV registration numbers in Frankfort Nov. 15, $100 fine.
Michael Couturier, 28, of Montville, harrassmet by interference with taking in Montville Oct. 14, $100 fine.
