BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 21-23.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 2
Dennis Alley, 56, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for driving to endanger, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, on Swanville Road in Frankfort.
April 7
Elizabeth Andrew-Lane, 66, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Beech Hill Road.
April 11
Michael Embry, 56, of Unity, was arrested for violating a protection order and violating a condition of release on Stagecoach Road in Unity.
Melissa Dyer, 47, of Searsport, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release in Swanville.
April 16
Angelo Harris, 18, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief in Unity.
April 21
Joseph D. Leonard, 19, of Liberty, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph on Route 3 in Palermo.
