Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in the state court in Knox County from April 7-17.
Yomar Noel Rosado Albaledjo, 31, Maine State Prison in Warren, assault on an officer, two counts, in Warren Oct. 22, 2024 and Jan. 22, 2025, guilty on both charges.
Travis Bubar, 56, of North Haven, violating condition of release on North Haven July 18, 2025, $500 fine.
Meghan E. Cantelli, 42, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland July1,2024, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Jeremy Dailey, 28, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Camden Nov. 21, 2025, $750 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; terrorizing in Camden Nov. 21, 2025, dismissed.
Teyah M. Dibert, 25, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 7, 2026, $250 fine.
Cameron Amy Emerson, 58, of Newcastle, misuse of 9-1-1 system in Friendship Feb. 14, 2026, $300 fine.
Daniel Flesner, 44, of Warren, domestic violence assault in St. George Nov. 7, 2025, 354 days in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years; assault in St. George Dec. 14, 2025, $300 fine, 90 days in jail; terrorizing in St. George Dec. 14, 2024, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in St. George Dec.14, 2025, 30 days in jail.
Aaron Heald, 47, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland June 2, 2023, dismissed.
Keasha Johnson, 24, of Washington, domestic violence assault in Washington Nov. 1, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, and gestures in Washington Nov. 1, 2024, $150 fine.
Camron Hopkins, 26, of Waldoboro, two counts of domestic violence aggravated assault in Warren Dec. 1, 2025 and Union Jan. 7, 2024, both dismissed; criminal mischief in Rockland Dec. 1, 2024, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening, with priors, in Camden April 1, 2025, dismissed; domestic violence assaults, with priors, in Union Feb. 1 and March 24, 2024, both dismissed.
Brian W. Knight, 52, of Freedom, violating condition of release, three counts, in Rockland June 15, June 16, and June 17, 2025, 60 days in jail.
Carmen V. Major, 27, of Hope, attaching false plates in Camden Feb. 21, 2026, $150 fine.
Chandler McGaw, 37, of Thomaston, criminal mischief in Thomaston Feb. 4, 2025, $250 fine.
Cameron Nelson, 23, of Damariscotta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 18, 2026, $250 fine, restitution of $42.62.
Jonathan Oakes, 22, of Appleton, protective order from harassment violation in Appleton Sept. 7, 2025, $250 fine.
Terry Scott Perry, 52, of Hope, violating condition of release and operating vehicle without a license both in Rockland Jan. 28, 2026, $150 fine for each charge.
Lukas E. Pozerycki, 27, of Warren and Augusta, probation violation on a previous conviction of domestic violence assault, 361 days in jail, probation revoked; burglary in Warren Jan. 20, 2026, dismissed; assault in Warren Jan. 20, 2026, $300 fine, six months in jail; domestic violence assault and aggravated criminal trespass both in Warren Jan. 20, 2026, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation three years; criminal mischief, two counts, in Warren Jan. 20, 2026, six months in jail.
Landan J. Ripley, 19, of Bremen, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 15, 2025, $250 fine, restitution of $304.48.
Jacob L. Roberts, 22, of Swanville, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden Feb.3, 2026, $500 fine, 48 hours jail, license suspended 150 days.
Zachary Ryan, 31, of Warren, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the speed in Warren Aug. 22, 2025, dismissed.
Zachariah I. Sawyer, 32, of Cushing, fishing or taking shellfish from a closed area on in Cushing Feb. 24, 2026, $300 fine.
Bradley Spear, 27, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Jan. 1, 2026, $750 fine.
Jason Marcus Taylor, 49, of Northport, criminal trespass in Camden Sept. 27, 2024, guilty; operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden Sept. 17, 2024, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Camden Sept. 17, 2024, guilty.
Tammy Walden, 55, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Aug. 15, 2025, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Jordan A. Luce Warren, 21, of Rockport, operating unregistered snowmobile in South Thomaston Feb. 13, 2026, $200 fine.
Holly Young, 45, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden Feb. 10, 2026, $350 fine, restitution of $137. 03.
