BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 28 - May 19.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 28
Jason Trundy, 43, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault, violating a condition of release on Cove Road in Winterport. Trundy also had an active warrant for his arrest.
May 10
Angelica Perito, 19, of Swanville, was arrested for possession of a schedule V drug and operating without a license in Prospect.
Chad Hamilton, 45, of Burnham, was issued a summons for theft of mistakenly delivered property on S. Horseback Road in Burnham.
May 13
Scotty E. Clark, 43, of Brooks, was issued a summons for possession of firearms by a prohibited person.
May 14
Jade E. McAvoy, 22, of Searsport, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on N. Main Street in Winterport.
