BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 10 - Aug. 8.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 10

David Anderson, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Main Street south in Searsmont. 

July 30

Derek Pomeroy, 39, of Winterport, was issued summonses for failure to stop and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Spout Hill Road in Prospect.

Aug. 2

Katina Paquette, 53, of Palermo, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Davis Shore Road in Palermo. 

Aug. 3

Robert Lash, 46, of Thomaston, arrested for operating under the influence in Prospect.

Aug. 5

Jessica Winslow, 42, of Lincolnville, was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating a condition of release in Lincolnville.
