BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 18 - Aug. 2.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 18

Shannon Ryerson, 47, of Winterport, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct and criminal threatening on Meadow Road in Winterport.

July 25

Kenyen T. Smith, 51, of Detroit, was arrested for aggravated trafficking in a schedule W drug and trafficking in a schedule W drug in Prospect. 

July 27

Ralph E. Hanscom, 57, of Bucksport, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and attaching false plates on Fort Knox Road in Prospect.

July 29

Xavier Towne, 21, of Jackson, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Bog Road in Jackson.
