BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 17-26.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 17

Joshua Maloon, 40, of Brooks, was arrested for two counts of unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Pond Road in Waldo.

Terry Gibbs, 46,of Brooks, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Pond Road in Waldo.

Aug. 18

Dakota L. Miles, 29, of Bangor, was issued a summons for speeding on Route 1 in Northport.

Aug. 19

Heidi Archer, 49, of Friendship, was arrested on two warrants.

Aug. 21

Donald Simmons, 37, of Northport, was arrested on a warrant.
