BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court Sept. 9-15.
Eben J. Kenney, 39, of Lisbon, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville March 8, 2023, five days in jail; refusing to sign a uniform summons and complaint in Lincolnville March 8, 2023, five days in jail.
Carl Murray, 44, of Hampden, operating a vehicle without a license in Brooks April 7, 2024, $150 fine.
Christopher Caldwell, 26, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Thorndike Oct. 1, 2024, two days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Thorndike Oct. 1, 2024, two days in jail; operating under the influence in Thorndike Sept. 8, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Thorndike Sept. 8, five days in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Thorndike Sept. 8, five days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Thorndike Sept. 8, five days in jail.
Jacqueline Reed, 35, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Jan. 16, 2025, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Jan. 19, $500 fine and $5 restitution; violating a condition of release in Morrill Jan. 19, $150 fine.
Adam Whitney, 45, of Waldo, assault in Waldo April 16, 2025, $500 fine; criminal mischief in Jackson April 4, $500 fine and $300 restitution; violating a condition of release in Jackson April 4, $250 fine.
Ian T. Hopkins, 35, of North Haven, criminal threatening in Morrill July 19, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Morrill July 19, 2025, $250 fine.
Dylan T. Peer, 36, of Northport, operating under the influence in Swanville April 3, 2025, dismissed.
Matthew J. Miete, 36, of Whitefield, unlawful sexual touching in Belfast May 1, 2025, dismissed.
Mandy M. Mosher, 38, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Nov. 9, 60 days in jail and $300 fine.
Jeremy Flagg, 39, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 12, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $900 fine.
Laurie Ireland, 65, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Winterport March 9, dismissed.
David Knight, 45, of Searsport, New York, hindering apprehension or prosecution in Searsport June 4, $200 fine.
Russell T. Chambers, 35, of Searsport, criminal trespass in Searsport June 16, $100 fine.
Annette D. Moreash Kennedy, 51, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 12, 10 days in jail and $218.92 restitution; theft by deception in Belfast March 12, 10 days in jail.
Tonya Alicea, 40, of Glenburn, violating a condition of release in Swanville May 4, 24 hours in jail.
Thomas Bennett, 35, of Swanville, operating without a license in Belfast May 1, $150 fine.
Stanley Curtis, 61, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks May 1, $150 fine.
Artem Richter, 25, of Monroe, criminal trespass in Belfast July 22, $300 fine.
Patricia E. Maddocks, 60, of Morrill, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Morrill July 24, $400 fine.
Timothy Cluney, 24, of Brooks, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Prospect Aug. 2, nine months one day in prison and $400 fine.
Michael Sentell, 42, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (loud noise in a private place) in Swanville Aug. 22, dismissed.
Brandi Howard, 39, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsport May 20, $50 fine.
Matthew Schmiemann, 68, of Glen Head, New York, operating, or permitting operation of an unregistered motorboat in Searsmont July 8, $200 fine.
