Kimberly Fiore Emerson, obituary
Kimberly Fiore Emerson, of Waldoboro, Maine, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, following a long and difficult period of health challenges. Born in Rockport on April 27, 1983, Kim was a beautiful, thoughtful, and deeply caring soul.
Kim cherished her role as a mother to her daughter, Kandace, whom she loved with all her heart. She found joy in being a homemaker, collecting Paparazzi jewelry, spending time with her beloved dogs, and driving her Jeeps. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle nature touched everyone who knew her.
She was predeceased by her father, Mike Fiore; her uncles Jamie Penn and Chris Fiore; her grandmother Judi Grant; and her grandfather Eddie Grant and her Aunt Kathy Harris.
Kim is survived by her mother, Tammy Fiore; her daughter, Kandace; her sisters Jennifer Grierson and Rebecca Garnett; her brothers Robert Boynton and Matthew Springer; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends. Among those closest to her was her best friend, Mike Adams, who held a special place in her life, And her Niece Brittany Foire Curtis
Kim’s Celebration of Life will take place on October 18th from noon to 4 p.m. at: Searsmont Community Center 37 Main Street South Searsmont, Maine 04973.
This gathering will be a potluck, and guests are invited to take a favorite dish to share. Friends and family who wish to speak on Kim’s behalf—whether to share a memory, a story, or a few words of love—are warmly encouraged to do so.
In lieu of flowers, donations toward funeral expenses are kindly requested. Any remaining funds will be placed in a savings account for her daughter, Kandace.
