Auto Mechanic - Rockland

The difference is We Care.....about our employees, our customers and our community. Maritime Energy has an opening for a full-time auto Mechanic to assist at our Rockland facility. The successful candidate must have past mechanic experience and have the mechanical ability to work on vans and automobiles. No tractor or truck experience required, but must be willing to learn. The candidate must also be self-motivated, ability to work independently, detail oriented, a strong communicator, must have strong work ethic and professionalism, and have a valid and current State of Maine Driver’s License. Maritime Energy offers competitive pay at $21 - $24 hourly with benefits including, health, dental, vision, STD and life insurance, an employer match 401(k), paid PTO time, paid holidays, and an employee discount purchase plan for home heating products. Note: Actual placement within this pay range is determined by the candidate’s relevant experience, licensing, and employees may advance through the range to the maximum based on longevity and performance.
