CAMDEN — Quarry Hill will host master gardener John Fromer, of Merryspring Nature Center, for a free presentation on tomatoes, Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 1 p.m., at the Anderson Inn.
"A lively and delicious Tomato Tasting celebrating unique tomato varieties bred for mega flavor and beautiful color," said a Quarry Hill news release. "Participants will sample an array of standout strains—each with its own story, texture, and taste—thoughtfully paired with complementary delectables. This fun, sensory-rich event highlights the joy of locally grown food and the remarkable diversity hidden within everyone’s favorite summer fruit."
