For thousands of years people have been walking the Camino de Santiago, a 550-mile trail across Spain. Listen as Cary Kish's recounts his journey as he followed the Way of St. James to the Cathedral of Santago de Compostela, September 24, at 6 p.m., in the Community Room of Rockland Public Library.

 

Kish will guide the audience through the scenic and spiritual 45-day journey. Beginning at St. Jean-Pied-de-Port in France, over the Pyrenees, across Spain to Santiago, and then on to the Atlantic Ocean at Land's End.

 

"Join us for a moving and picturesque story of connecting to the land and to oneself," said the Library in a news release.
