Penobscot Bay Orchestra begins 2026 Fall Concert session with open rehearsal

(Photo courtesy The Penobscot Bay Orchestra)The Penobscot Bay Orchestra will begin its 2026 Fall Concert session with an Open Rehearsal to welcome new players on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the John Street United Methodist Church, in Camden. Intermediate to advanced players are encouraged to attend.
No audition is required. The orchestra will read through movements of Tchaikovsky's 5th Symphony. Music and music stands will be provided.
The Fall session culminates with concerts on December 12 and December 15 in Belfast and Camden.
The orchestra is led by artistic director Deirdre McClure (DMA, Peabody Conservatory of Music).
