ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Court from Aug. 17- 24.
Travis Bates, 22, of Waldoboro, probation violation on a prior case of violating condition of release in Thomaston Nov. 13, 2025, 138 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Biana M. Brancella, 34, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland June 11, 2026, $150 fine, restitution of $250.
Corey E. Breen, 38, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), no test, in Rockland Sept.16, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 16, 2025, $400 fine with the fine suspended.
Cory Brockman, 18, of South Thomaston, criminal trespass in Rockland April 9, 2026, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year, restitution of $5,594.25; criminal threatening in Rockland April 9, 2026, 90 days in jail; criminal mischief in Rockland April 9, 2026, 90 days in jail, restitution of $5594.25.
Bailee Cox, 29, of Spruce Head, failing to make oral or written accident report in Thomaston June 27, 2026, $250 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Thomaston June 27, 2026, $250 fine.
Robert N. Emery Jr., 72, of Waldoboro, operating ATV on public way in Warren June 3, 2026, $100 fine.
Clifford E. Hilchey Jr., 47, of South Thomaston, aggravated assault and assault both in South Thomaston June 4, 2025, both dismissed; assault in South Thomaston June 4, 2026, $300 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.
Heather Elizabeth Hodgdon, 44, of Tilton, N.H., fugitive from justice in Rockland Aug. 16, 2026, waived extradition.
Camron Hopkins, 27, of Waldoboro, violating protection order in Rockland Feb. 24, 2026, 11 days in jail.
Johnnie L. James Jr., 34, of Friendship, operating ATV on public way in Friendship May 4, 2026, $100 fine.
Aliyah Maddocks, 21, of Liberty, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Washington Nov. 18, 2025, $400 fine.
Pamela Maus, 77, of Owls Head, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized use of property and violating condition of release all in Owls Head Aug. 28, 2025, all dismissed.
Myranda E. McClure, 29, of Camden, endangering the welfare of a child in Rockland Feb. 17, 2026, dismissed; reckless conduct in Rockland Feb. 17, 2026, $250 fine.
John McIntyre, 44, of New Hartford, Conn., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 22, 2024, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Richard H. McMahan, 81, of Rockland, failing to make oral or written accident report in Rockland, Jan. 6, 2026, $75 fine.
Glenn Murray, 70, of Sterling, Va., operating under the influence (alcohol) in South Thomaston Sept.12, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Colleen Orcutt, 59, of Vinalhaven, probation violations for prior convictions of domestic violence assault, with priors, and domestic violence assault on Vinalhaven Oct. 16, 2022, no sentence imposed; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 26, 2024, 27 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol) on Vinalhaven June 22, 2024, dismissed.
Rocki T. Prophet, 45, of Augusta and Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, three counts, all in Rockland Oct. 19, 2024, $1200 in total fines all suspended, three days in jail, $1,200 fines with the fines suspended; attaching false plates in Rockland Oct. 19, 2024, three days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, in Rockland Oct. 19, 2024, $500 fine, three days in jail, $500 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal conspiracy, and violating condition of release, all in Rockland Dec. 4, 2024, all dismissed.
Justin Richards, 37, of Warren, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, second offense, in Warren Sept. 9, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release in Warren Sept. 9, 2025, dismissed.
Jennifer A. Slamin, 55, of Gardiner, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden Oct. 13, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Wyatt Weaver, 41, of Cushing and St. George, terrorizing, two counts, in South Thomaston Oct.31, 2024, 30 days in jail for each count; operating under the influence (alcohol) with injury or death, priors, in Thomaston Nov. 26, 2025, $2,100 fine, eight years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, probation three years, license suspended 10 years; violating condition of release, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, failing to make oral or written accident report and violating condition of release all in Thomaston Nov. 26, 2025, 30 days in jail for each count; operating vehicle without license (conditions and restrictions) in Thomaston Nov. 26, 2025, 30 days in jail.
