BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 16-19.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 16

Thomas A. Thomas, 50, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating after revocation on Town Farm Road in Unity.

Aug. 4

Holly-Jo Ward, 52, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Swanville. 

Aug. 17

Darlene M. Nichols, 57, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Belfast Augusta Road in Liberty.
