The Rockport Garden Club of Maine invites the public to its Annual Fundraising Gala, Thursday, August 13, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Elks Lodge in Rockland, to benefit local scholarships and town beautification projects.

The 2026 gala promises to be even grander than last year, featuring delicious hors d’oeuvres, a complementary flute of prosecco, and live music, said a news release from the Garden Club.

 

"We will also host live and silent auctions featuring gift certificates from local businesses, restaurants, hotels, and a private tea party for six, among many other items," the release said.
