Clifford Young, 51, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Brooks Aug. 4, 2015, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 4, 2015, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 9, 2015, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Sept. 9, 2015, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 9, 2015, dismissed.
Robert Porter, 43, of Montville, operating under the influence in Belfast July 20, 2024, dismissed.
Isaac C. Stapp, 25, of Winslow, operating under the influence in Morrill Aug. 18, 2024, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Shawn D. Snodgrass, 30, of Searsport, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Nov. 19, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 19, 2024, dismissed.
Mark Pilsbury, 21, of Newcastle, manslaughter in Searsmont July 27, 2024, 12 years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, four years of probation, and $2,100 fine; operating under the influence resulting in death in Searsmont July 27, 2024, 18 months in prison, license suspended for 10 years, and $2,100 fine; two counts of operating under the influence resulting in serious injury in Searsmont July 27, 2024, 18 months in prison, license suspended for six years, and $2,100 fine for each count; four counts of aggravated driving to endanger in Searsmont July 27, 2024, 18 months in prison, license suspended for two years, and $575 fine for each count; three counts of reckless conduct in Searsmont July 27, 2024, 18 months in prison for each count; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsmont July 27, 2024, six months in jail.
Michael W. Gwaltney, 33, of Stockton Springs, violation of privacy in Winterport May 10, 2024, $600 fine.
Shaina Walsh, 20, of Prospect, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect Sept. 15, dismissed.
Jade McAvoy, 22, of Searsport, unlawful possession of cocaine in Frankfort Oct. 24, six months in jail with all but 14 days suspended.
Monica Sprague, 30, of Pittsfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Jan. 10, 24 hours in jail.
Nathan Christensen, 18, of Lincolnville, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Jan. 16, dismissed.
Michael Grant, 52, of Thorndike, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Unity March 5, $150 fine.
Angelo Harris, 18, Bangor, criminal mischief in Belfast April 16, 48 hours in jail.
Christopher Whitcomb, 49, of Belmont, domestic violence criminal threatening in Belmont April 27, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Belmont April 27, dismissed.
Amanda Dunham, 38, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 30, $500 fine.
George Rector, 55, of Belfast, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Feb. 25, $750 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 25, license suspended for 30 days, $750 fine, and $5,000 restitution; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast Feb. 25, $750 fine.
Harmony S. Tolle, 45, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 20, 14 days in jail and $18.99 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 26, six months in jail with all but 14 days suspended and one year of probation.
Imma Thomas, 26, of Knox, domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast May 24, one year in prison; criminal mischief in Belfast May 24, 30 days in jail and $1,000 fine.
Gary Merchant, 55, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity May 22, 60 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.
Pamela J. Johnson, 60, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 25, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast June 25, dismissed.
Darlene Nichols, 57, of Liberty, violating a condition of release in Belfast July 9, 24 hours in jail.
Christopher Stirling, 46, of Monroe, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsport April 19, $100 fine.
Jenna Ashley, 32, of Belfast, keeping a dangerous dog in Belfast April 29, $250 fine.
