'The Audience' screens as captured-live London stage production at Strand Theatre

Returning to cinemas for the first time in over a decade, this captured-live screening will take place Saturday, July 11, at 1 p.m., and Tuesday, July 21, at 5 p.m.
For 60 years, Queen Elizabeth II met with each of her 12 prime ministers in a private weekly meeting. This meeting is known as The Audience. From Winston Churchill to Margaret Thatcher and David Cameron, the Queen advised her prime ministers on matters both public and personal.
"Through these private audiences, we see glimpses of the woman behind the crown and witness the moments that shaped a monarch," said a Strand Theatre news release. Starring Hellen Mirren (The Queen), Paul Ritter (Friday Night Dinner), and Haydn Gwynne (The Windsors).
Directed by Stephen Daldry, this production was filmed live from London’s West End in 2013.
National Theatre Live is an initiative presented by the Royal National Theatre that broadcasts captured-live performances to cinemas, and is now seen by over 900,000 people worldwide.
Running time is 2 hours and 28 minutes, including one intermission.
