Midcoast Habitat for Humanity recently received a generous $1,694 donation from the West Bay Rotary Satellite Club in support of a Habitat home in Thomaston.
J.P. Fecteau presented the check to Tia Anderson, Executive Director of Midcoast Habitat for Humanity. The donation will help support Midcoast Habitat’s work to build safe, affordable homes for local families in Knox County.
“We are so grateful to the West Bay Rotary Satellite Club for their generous support,” said Anderson. “Community partnerships like this help make affordable homeownership possible for local families and strengthen the communities we all share.”
Midcoast Habitat for Humanity builds and repairs homes in partnership with local families, volunteers, donors, and community organizations. Through affordable homeownership opportunities, critical home repairs, and the Midcoast Habitat ReStore, the organization works to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.
