BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 24 - July 2.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

June 24

Lindsay M. Swanson, 34, of Steuben, was arrested for operating after revocation in Frankfort.

June 25

Joshua M. Pomeroy, 38, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for failure to appear.

June 27

Freda Drinkwater, 46, of Mechanic Falls, was arrested for operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop), and driving to endanger on Swan Lake Ave in Belfast.

June 28

Melissa Brown, 38, of Searsport, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and violating a condition of release on Main Street in Winterport.
