BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 18 - July 8.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

June 18

Tyler S. Merrill, 33, of Garland, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Marsh Stream Road in Frankfort. 

July 1

Brendon Roberts, 38, of Swanville, was arrested for unlawful sexual touching in Swanville.

Stacia Hoover, 57, of Monroe, was issued a summons for refusal to sign a uniform summons and complaint on Swan Lake Ave.
