Tianna M. Brancella, 31, of Warren, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockland Dec. 13, 2025, dismissed; violating conditions of release, two counts, in Rockland March 17, 2026, both dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property in Rockland Dec. 13, 2025; violating condition of release in Rockland March 17, 2026, 30 days in jail; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockland March 17, 2026, dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland March 17, 2026, six months in jail; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockland Dec. 13, 2025, $400 fine, eight years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation two years; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland March 17, 2026, $400 fine with the fine suspended, two years in jail. 

Zachary T. Carleton, 38, of Warren, theft by unauthorized use of property and theft by receiving stolen property both in Rockland Aug. 6, 2024, both dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Thomaston Oct. 20, 2024, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $69.28; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland Jan. 4, 2025, 90 days in jail, restitution of $54.48; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland Jan. 9 and 10, 2025, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland July 25, 2025, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 27, 2025, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 9 and 10, 2025, 30 days in jail.

Chandler Farley, 78, of Union, criminal trespass in Hope June 29, 2025, acquitted.

James Flaherty, 54, of Warren, violating protection order in Rockland July 18, 2026, 48 hours jail; criminal attempt of a Class D or E and forgery both in Rockland July 25, 2026, 48 hours in jail.

Nicki Harvey, 27, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of condition of release, two counts, all in Washington July 26, 2026, seven days in jail.

Michelle Heald, 49, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockland Dec. 19, 2022, 105 days in jail, probation revoked.

Harold Eugene Leathers, Jr., 46, of Lincolnville, unlawful possession of wild animal or bird and operating after registration suspended both in Hope Nov. 28, 2025, both dismissed; discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling in Hope Nov. 28, 2025, $250 fine.

Amanda McCall, 42, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston May 25, 2026, $250 fine.

Bryana L. McWilliams, 31, of Warren, assault in Rockland Feb. 13, 2025, $300 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year probation, restitution of $200.

Miranda Struk Miller, 35, of South Thomaston, attaching false plates in South Thomaston April 1, 2026, $150 fine; violating condition of release in St. George April 1, 2026, $150 fine.

Marc Montplaisir, 64, of St. George, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, two counts, in Knox County Oct. 2, 2025, both dismissed due to the federal government taking over prosecution of the cases.

Derek M. Norton, 53, of Camden, allowing dog to be at large in Camden June 17, 2026, $50 fine.

Kara Pease, 23, of Union, operating vehicle without a license in Rockland May 24, 2025, 24 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Nov. 25, 2025, 24 hours in jail and restitution of $2.48.

Lacey J. Philip, 42, of South Thomaston, unlawful possession of drug in Thomaston Dec. 20, 2025, dismissed.

Christian Chase Rackliff, 29, of Owls Head, attaching false plates in Camden June 10, 2026, $150 fine.

Allen R. Shenett, Jr., of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Washington Oct. 10, 2024, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Michael Severson Sr., 50, of Warren, violating fishing rule in Rockport May 15, 2026, $100 fine.

Joseph Weston, 73, of Cushing, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Cushing April 2, 2026, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Jake M. Wood, 51, of Jefferson, violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 6, 2025, 18 months in prison.
