BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 18-29.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 18

Toby J. Davis, 49, of Belmont, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on N. Main Street in Morrill. 

July 22

Michael Eaton, 47, of Burnham, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.

July 25

Hannah Rae, 35, of Hermon, was arrested in Prospect due to probation revocation.
