Matthew A. Dubois, 50, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Rockland Sept. 5, 2025, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 11 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; violating condition of release in Rockland Sept. 5, 2025, four days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 4, 2025, four days in jail; failing to report in Rockland Jan. 29, 2026, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 29, 2026, four days in jail.

Shane J. Elliott, 26, of Windsor, failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to stop and provide information both in Rockland May 13, 2026, $250 for each charge.

Jivian M. Gray, 29, of Tunbridge, Vt., domestic violence reckless conduct in Warren June 21, 2025, dismissed.

Ralene R. Hallett, 40, of Rockland, probation violation on a prior conviction of aggravated forgery in Warren Oct. 30, 2024, 49 days jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Austen Jackomino, 36, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, in Thomaston Sept. 21, 2025, dismissed.

Ashley L. Lowe, 24, of Warren, allowing dog to be at large and keeping unlicensed dog both in Warren May 7, 2026, $100 fine for each charge.

Dylan McClure, 28, of Rockland, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Warren April 29, 2024, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
