BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court July 22-28.
Curtis A. Tunnell, 35, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs July 2, 2025, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Stockton Springs July 2, 2025, dismissed.
Mujahedeen Hasan, 35, of the Bronx, New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 24, 2025, 12 months in prison and $400 fine; criminal forfeiture of property in Searsport July 25, 2025, forfeiture upheld.
Tyler J. Damon, 34, of Searsport, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Aug. 3, 2025, 21 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 3, 2025, 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 25, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 25, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 25, 48 hours in jail.
Jennifer M. Tracey, 54, of Prospect, two counts of domestic violence assault in Prospect Nov. 15, both dismissed; disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Prospect Nov. 15, six months in jail with all but two days suspended and one year of administrative release.
David O. Holyoke, 61, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, night hunting in Montville Nov. 25, three days in jail and $1,000 fine; possessing an animal or bird in violation in Montville Nov. 25, $500 fine.
Michael W. Embry, 57, of Unity, violating a protection from harassment order in Unity Feb. 5, dismissed; violating a protection order in Unity Feb. 5, dismissed; violating a protective order in Unity April 16, dismissed.
Isaac Cummings, 19, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast March 21, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 27, 48 hours in jail; arson in Belfast March 27, dismissed; aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast March 27, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast March 27, 364 days in jail with all but 120 days suspended and one year of probation; minor consuming liquor in Belfast March 21, $100 fine.
Alicia Atherton Dow, 37, of Prospect, violation of a smelt rule (chapter 40) in Prospect May 17, $150 fine.
