Maritime Energy has an opening for a part time Customer Service Representative at our office in Belfast. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00am to noon, with the ability to cover additional hours to assist during vacations or other staffing needs. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, a strong communicator, both oral and written, possess the ability to multi-task with efficiency, maintain customer awareness and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting walk in customers, answering phones, accurately responding to customer inquiries, ensuring any necessary follow up with customer questions, and accurately managing customer payments.
