Ceramic sculptor Randy Fein is one of 90 potters and ceramic artists participating in the annual statewide Maine pottery tour on May 2 and 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fein will hold an open studio at her new workshop, Clay Space Camden, located at 5a Colcord Avenue in Camden. To locals this one story brick building is known as the former Tibbetts industry building.

Throughout the open studio weekend, Fein will offer instruction in hand-built and wheel thrown pottery. Studio visitors will have a chance to get their hands in clay and take home their own clay creation, according to Fein, in a news release. In addition, the first five customers each day will receive a gift of a handmade Randy Fein tile.

"Her new Camden village studio/ gallery offers visitors a chance to purchase her unique handmade pottery and clay sculpture directly from the artist," said the news release.
