Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 15-21.
Kristen Herbest, 26, of Bucksport, probation violation in Belfast March 23, 2023, 67 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and $50 restitution.
Robert Mehuren, 64, of Dixmont, operating after habitual offender revocation in Thorndike March 4, 2024, dismissed.
Courtney Burns, 39, of Westbrook, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville April 19, 2024, dismissed.
Caleb Woodward, 33, of Knox, two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Monroe June 16, 2024, both dismissed; two counts of unlawful possession of a drug in Monroe June 16, 2024, both dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Knox Jan. 30, 2025, dismissed.
Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 40, of Unity, two counts of criminal threatening in Unity Oct. 3, 2024, first count dismissed, two years in prison and two years of probation for count two; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Unity Oct. 3, 2024, dismissed.
Sean Floyd, 59, of Swanville, criminal mischief in Swanville Aug. 25, 2024, not guilty.
Adam M. Cordova, 29, of Madison, operating while license suspended in Thorndike Jan. 10, 2025, dismissed.
Michael W. Bailey, 32, of Camden, assault on an officer in Belfast July 1, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast July 1, dismissed.
Thomas C. Bartholomew, 42, of Los Angeles, fishing without a valid license in Swanville June 2, $100 fine.
Zachary D. Irish, 31, of violating a condition of release in Unity Feb. 12, dismissed.
Alexander Delgado, 40, of Verona, violating a condition of release in Swanville April 20, 48 hours in jail.
