BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 1 - June 1.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

May 1

Thomas Bennett, 35, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Mill Lane. 

May 2

Shawn Perito, 32, of Belfast, was issued summonses for domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Piper Stream Road. 

May 24

Elvis Robbins, 71, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Northport Ave.

May 31

Stephen Weaver, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Ave. 

June 1

Jenna Ashley, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for keeping a dangerous dog on Back Belmont Road.
