ROCKLAND — The community is invited to celebrate the official Grand Opening of The ZenDen, a unique new wellness space in Rockland that blends innovative wellness technologies, energy-based approaches, relaxation experiences, and creative expression under one roof.

The Open House will take place Friday, June 12, 2026, from 2 to 6 p.m., and Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at The ZenDen, 12 Water Street, Suite 207, in Rockland.

The ZenDen was created as a space where individuals can explore new ways of supporting health, balance, relaxation, and personal well-being.

"Combining modern wellness technologies with calming experiences and expressive arts, The ZenDen offers visitors an opportunity to step outside the stresses of daily life and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and inspiring environment," said founder Dr. Paula Apro, in a news release.

Guests attending the Grand Opening will have the opportunity to:

Experience a variety of energy-based wellness technologies
Observe demonstrations showing how the body’s energy systems may be measured and evaluated
Learn how imbalances in energy flow can influence overall health and vitality
Explore wellness tools designed to support balance, resilience, relaxation, and well-being
Discover creative art experiences designed to inspire mindfulness, imagination, and self-expression

“The ZenDen is about opening people’s minds to new possibilities for wellness,” said Apro. “We wanted to create a space where people can relax, explore, learn, and experience wellness in ways they may never have encountered before.”

Whether visitors are completely new to energy-based wellness approaches or already familiar with holistic practices, the event is designed to be both educational and experiential, according to Apro. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with various wellness tools, ask questions, and gain insight into how these approaches may support long-term well-being.

"The ZenDen also offers a calming environment for creative exploration through expressive art experiences that encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and imagination," said Apro. "Community members are encouraged to attend, explore, and experience what may become a new way of thinking about wellness."
