BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 22 - June 3.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 22
Meagan R. Pearl, 33, of Windsor, was issued a summons for attaching false plates, operating with suspended registration, and driving to endanger on Main Road S. in Frankfort.
May 23
Stephen Boyle, 55, of Northport, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug in Prospect.
May 27
Miralys M. Duperry, 25, of Belmont, was arrested for domestic violence criminal terrorizing, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
