Join Midcoast Habitat for Humanity for an Affordable Homeownership Informational Session on Monday, June 22 at 4:00 PM at our office at 680 Commercial Street in Rockport.

This session is for individuals and families who want to learn more about Habitat homeownership, including how the application process works, who is eligible, what partnership hours are, and what current housing opportunities are in the works.

Habitat homeownership is for people who need safe, affordable housing, can pay an affordable mortgage, meet HUD income guidelines, live or work in Knox County for at least one year, and are willing to partner with us through 250 partnership hours.

Affordable homeownership may feel out of reach, but it may be closer than you think. Come ask questions, learn about the process, and see whether Habitat homeownership could be a good fit for you or someone you know.
