Leighton Beal, 29, of Friendship, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), with one prior, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug both in Rockport Jan. 17, 2023, both dismissed.

Matthew N. Boegel, 27, of Bowdoin, sexual abuse of a minor, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 27, 2025, 36 months in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 27, 2025 and Oct. 28, 2025, six months in jail; tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Rockland Nov. 19, 2025, 36 months in jail.

Daniel Lorenzo Bowie, 46, of Owls Head, probation violation for original conviction of operating after habitual offender revocation, with three priors, in Rockland Oct. 3, 2020, 18 months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Corey J. Conway, 55, of Cushing, theft of services in Rockland March 2, 2026, $50 fine and resitution of $160. 

Eric M. Crabtree, 50, of Appleton, domestic violence assault in Warren Dec. 23, 2023, 364 days in jail, probation one year.

Matthew A. Dubois, 50, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior and violating condition of release in Rockland Sept.5, 2025; failing to report in Rockland Jan. 29, 2026; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 4, 2025; violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 29, 2026, guilty and continued for sentencing in court.

Michael F. Gardner, 55, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland April 25, 2026, dismissed.

Dustin Scott Hufsey, 38, of Vinalhaven, reckless conduct on Vinalhaven Sept. 30, 2024, dismissed; criminal mischief on Vinalhaven Sept.30, 2024, $250 fine.

Marcia Kay, 48, of Camden, disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Camden Dec. 2, 2025, 21 days in jail; violating condition of release in Camden Dec. 5, 2025, 21 days in jail; assault in Camden Dec. 2, 2025, $300 fine, 21 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Warren Sept. 27, 2025, $250 fine, 21 days in jail; attaching false plates in Warren Sept. 27, 2025, 21 days in jail; violating condition of release in Camden Feb. 26, 2026 and March 19, 2026, 21 days in jail; violating condition of release in Camden May 1, 2026 and June 26, 2026, 21 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Camden June 26, 2026, 21 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden June 26, 2026, 21 days in jail, restitution of $14.59.

Logan R. Jones, 29, of Cushing, resident muzzle loading hunting without a license in Warren Dec. 10, 2025, $100 fine.

Amanda McCarthy, 40, of South Portland, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, with priors, in Rockland July 17, 2025, $400 fine.

Kayla Naum, 26, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 24, 2026, $250 fine and restitution of $87.77; violating condition of release, two counts, in Thomaston Feb. 24, 2026, $250 fine for each count.

Sean Oesterlin, 34, of Belfast, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Rockport June 5, 2024, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property in Rockport.

Philip J. Rash, 64, of Washington, domestic violence aggravated assault in Washington Jan. 2, 2026, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation three years; domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal mischief both in Washington Jan. 2, 2026, 90 days in jail.

Garry A. Sanborn Jr., 48, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, in Washington Dec. 9, 2025, $500 fine with $250 of the fine suspended.

Christopher J. Sawyer, 37, of Vinalhaven, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Vinalhaven March 12, 2025, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years; failing to stop for a police officer on Vinalhaven March 12, 2025, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release on Vinalhaven June 5, 2026, 30 days in jail.

Richard William Stevenson, 55, of Penobscot, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland April 15, 2025, $500 fine, 72 hours jail, license suspended 150 days.

Richard A. Towle, 38, of South Thomaston, violating condition of release in Camden Jan. 28, 2026, unconditional discharge.

Lauren Tozier Sr., 72, of Appleton, domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence criminal threatening both in Appleton Nov. 4, 2024, both dismissed.

Kathleen Welton, 37, of Twentynine Palms, Calif., violation of protection order and violating condition of release both in Washington Jan. 10, 2025, $500 fine; 12 days in jail.

John F. Wood, 72, of Hope, attaching false plates in Camden May 16, 2026, dismissed.

Seth M. Young, 27, of South Thomaston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Thomaston Dec. 26, 2025, dismissed; violating condition of release in South Thomaston Dec. 26, 2025, $500 fine; unlawful possession of cocaine in South Thomaston Dec. 26, 2025, $400 fine all suspended.
