Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 17-23.
Stephen E. Boyle Jr., 55, of Northport, probation violation in Northport April 4, 2022, 10 months in prison and probation partially revoked; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Prospect May 23, 60 days in jail and $400 fine.
John V. Merrithew, 48, of Searsport, probation violation in Searsport Feb. 10, 2023, four months in jail and probation revoked; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast April 10, four months in jail and $400 fine.
Zachariah Bormet, 26, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast March 17, 2023, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast March 17, 2023, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 17, 2023, $250 fine.
Elizabeth A. Luce, 47, of Morrill, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill March 25, 2023, first count dismissed, $250 fine and $12,457.84 restitution.
Tiara J. Skillings, 21, of Waterville, eluding an officer in Belfast April 8, 2025, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 8, 2025, 45 days in jail and $15.96 restitution; failing to stop for an officer in Belfast April 8, 2025, six months in jail with all but 45 days suspended and one year of administrative release.
Haden F. Campbell, 34, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsmont July 3, dismissed.
Thomas W. Ambrose, 18, of Hampden, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport July 9, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport July 9, dismissed.
Chase M. Morin, 38, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 12, 2025, dismissed.
Donald Hager, 53, of Freedom, illegal possession of a firearm in Freedom Sept. 12, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation; unlawful possession of a wild animal or bird in Freedom Sept. 12, $500 fine; three counts of fraudulently obtaining a license or permit in Freedom April 1, 2025, April 1, 2024, and April 1, 2023, all dismissed.
Andrew L. Bristol, 34, of Canaan, domestic violence reckless conduct in Knox Dec. 15, dismissed; discharging a firearm or crossbow near a dwelling in Knox Dec. 15, $150 fine.
Sean A. Wills, 39, of Palermo, violating a condition of release in Palermo Jan. 12, dismissed; operating under the influence in Palermo Jan. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Palermo Jan. 27, 10 days in jail; driving to endanger in Palermo Jan. 27, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine.
Tyler Fogg, 31, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Jan. 15, $250 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Knox Jan. 15, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox Jan. 15, $250 fine.
Madelyn D. Kendall, 32, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast July 1, dismissed.
Sadie Nickerson, 28, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks Feb. 22, two days in jail and $400 fine.
Wendy Macfee, 62, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast March 10, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast March 10, dismissed.
Jamie Russell, 38, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast April 10, five days in jail and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast May 8, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast May 8, five days in jail.
Christopher Whitcomb, 49, of Belmont, illegal possession of a firearm in Belmont April 27, nine months in jail; endangering the welfare of a minor in Belmont April 27, 90 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 11, seven days in jail.
James Martin, 49, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Belfast April 16, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast April 16, $50 fine..
Scott Noble, 43, of Warren, criminal threatening in Searsport May 17, two years in prison; terrorizing in Searsport May 17, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Searsport May 17, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Searsport May 17, dismissed.
Ann M. Moody, 37, of Morrill, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 14, March 18, and March 23, $900 fine and $99.74 restitution for count one, $900 fine for counts two and three.
Christopher Littlefield, 36, of Belmont, keeping an unlicensed dog in Belmont Feb. 1, dismissed.
