Alex Small, 44, of Bangor, probation violation in Winterport Jan. 20, 2019, 12 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Jacob McIntire, 34, of Frankfort, probation violation in Frankfort Nov. 8, 2024, 60 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Ryan Mahonen, 47, of Knox, illegal possession of a firearm in Knox March 22, 2025, four years in prison with all but five months suspended and three years of probation; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Knox March 22, 2025, 30 days in jail and three years of probation; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox July 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Knox July 13, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Sept 30, dismissed; attaching false plates in Brooks Sept. 30, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 4, 30 days in jail.
Joseph F. Campbell, 64, of Brooks, two counts of domestic violence criminal threatening in Brooks May 9, 2025, both dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks May 9, 2025, dismissed.
Adam M. Chaples, 45, of Warren, two counts of domestic violence assault in Morrill May 23, 2025, both dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Morrill May 23, 2025, 60 days in jail with all suspended and one year of administrative release.
Danielle M. Nelson, 41, of Essex, Massachusetts, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast April 4, 2025, two years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation; operating under the influence in Belfast April 4, 2025, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
William A. Hauk, 40, of Swanville, criminal mischief in Belfast Aug. 1, dismissed.
Benjamin J. Sniger, 26, of Swanville, reckless conduct in Stockton Springs Nov. 30, $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Nov. 30, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Stockton Springs Nov. 30, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Stockton Springs Nov. 30, dismissed; criminal mischief in Stockton Springs Nov. 30, $500 fine.
Robert Seger, 37, of Frankfort, burglary in Frankfort Dec. 2, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, and $1,000 restitution; assault in Frankfort Dec. 2, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; criminal mischief in Frankfort Dec. 2, 30 days in jail; terrorizing in Frankfort Dec. 2, 30 days in jail; criminal threatening in Frankfort Dec. 2, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Dec. 2, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Frankfort Dec. 2, dismissed.
